Meet our Team
Usui Reiki Master
PT, BScPT, BScKin, CAFCI
Christine attained her Kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo before completing her degree in…
Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. She has been practicing physiotherapy and acupuncture for nearly 20 years.
Christine is a gifted clinician, using manual therapy, acupuncture and comprehensive exercise programs to help clients aged 3 months to 90+ years regain normal function in a warm, fun environment. A passionate client advocate, Christine frequently cross refers to complementary health professionals and holistic practitioners; has extensive knowledge of the healthcare resources available in our Region; and guides clients through the bureaucracy that is often involved in accessing health care.
Christine discovered the benefits of Reiki as she was searching for holistic methods to assist her child who is diagnosed with ADHD. The entire family has benefitted profoundly from Reiki, by guiding the recipient to handle stressful situations and emotions in a healthier manner, improving communication and harmony both at school and within the family.
Studying Reiki in order to benefit her child’s health, and to resolve her own feelings of professional corporate burnout has inspired Christine to expand her practice into a more holistic setting where aspects of the entire person (mind, body and spirit) may be addressed.
Certified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner
Nancy Bruce, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner…
is passionate about helping you live a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.
She would love to assist you in claiming your health, wealth and confidence. By helping you release unresolved issues from your past, you will be able to enjoy more abundance in the present. Nancy has a reputation for being able to get to the heart of what needs to be healed effectively and quickly.
When Nancy’s son was diagnosed with autism, there was not a lot of help available. Changing her son’s diet had a profound impact on his autistic behaviours. This inspired Nancy to study to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
Along with diet, Nancy began to look at her belief systems and emotions. Once she began to release these, it enabled her to better support and empower her children. This process led her to become a Certified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. Our emotions and beliefs hold us (and often our loved ones) back from living the life we are intended to live.
EFT has been found to assist with: Addictions, Anxiety, Cravings, Depression, Bladder infections, Autoimmune disorders, Weight loss, Financial blockages, Limiting beliefs, Pain, and many other issues!

Beata uses Reflexology alongside Aromatherapy to facilitate a stimulating, relaxing and healing experience.

She started to work as a Personal Support Worker in Canada, and knowing that she could increase her ability to help people, she found herself in the path of studying Complementary Care at Conestoga College in Kitchener.
This knowledge gave her a better understanding of healing connections between our bodies and nature, the body’s ability of self healing, and the amazing number of different modalities that can help and support us on the way to achieving perfect health and reaching equilibrium.
It is my life purpose to help people as an Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and PSW. I love what I do!

NLP LIFE COACH, CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Marilyn teaches a form of Kripalu yoga, which is a well-balanced Hatha yoga session.
Marilyn has a long growing passion and drive to help others – she finds great fulfillment and joy through Empowering people to reconnect with their self-expression.
As a teacher of yoga and meditation for over 17 years, she attained a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate from Wilfred Laurier University, and many continuing education credits.
Passionate about travel, she has lived in Australia for a year; rented a house in Canmore Alberta for a summer living amongst the mountains; and led yoga at a silent meditation retreat in Hawaii, to name a few. A lover of adventure, she’s gone swimming with wild dolphins and humpback whales while pregnant with her daughter; embarked on a 2-week Habitat Adventure build in New Zealand; and hiked the mountains of Milford Sound with an arm in a sling and an injured knee after a jet boat crash.
Gradually she realized something was missing in her life working in the corporate world, but couldn’t put her finger on it, she was drawn to Yoga and Tai Chi and tried both modalities.
One day she took the plunge and chose to change her career – tackling the challenges of being both self-employed and a single mother.
Changing careers and becoming a single mom at the same time was one of the most challenging experiences of her life – to go from a steady paycheck into the financial unknown. It has been one of the most freeing and rewarding experiences.
Fear has challenged her several times on this journey. Repeatedly she has endured the tests and have learned to rely on trust and faith that this is where she is meant to be.
Through the lessons gained through her life experiences, it is her Mission to inspire others to live a fully self-expressed life in hopes that the skills gained from her journey can guide them along their path to a happier, healthier life physically, mentally and emotionally.
