Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. She has been practicing physiotherapy and acupuncture for nearly 20 years.

Christine is a gifted clinician, using manual therapy, acupuncture and comprehensive exercise programs to help clients aged 3 months to 90+ years regain normal function in a warm, fun environment. A passionate client advocate, Christine frequently cross refers to complementary health professionals and holistic practitioners; has extensive knowledge of the healthcare resources available in our Region; and guides clients through the bureaucracy that is often involved in accessing health care.

Christine discovered the benefits of Reiki as she was searching for holistic methods to assist her child who is diagnosed with ADHD. The entire family has benefitted profoundly from Reiki, by guiding the recipient to handle stressful situations and emotions in a healthier manner, improving communication and harmony both at school and within the family.

Studying Reiki in order to benefit her child’s health, and to resolve her own feelings of professional corporate burnout has inspired Christine to expand her practice into a more holistic setting where aspects of the entire person (mind, body and spirit) may be addressed.

Nancy is passionate about helping you live a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.

She would love to assist you in claiming your health, wealth and confidence. By helping you release unresolved issues from your past, you will be able to enjoy more abundance in the present. Nancy has a reputation for being able to get to the heart of what needs to be healed effectively and quickly.

When Nancy’s son was diagnosed with autism, there was not a lot of help available. Changing her son’s diet had a profound impact on his autistic behaviours. This inspired Nancy to study to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

Along with diet, Nancy began to look at her belief systems and emotions. Once she began to release these, it enabled her to better support and empower her children. This process led her to become a Certified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. Our emotions and beliefs hold us (and often our loved ones) back from living the life we are intended to live.

EFT has been found to assist with: Addictions, Anxiety, Cravings, Depression, Bladder infections, Autoimmune disorders, Weight loss, Financial blockages, Limiting beliefs, Pain, and many other issues!

She first achieved an Honours Degree in English Literature and Rhetoric at the University of Waterloo in 2014. After a stint in digital marketing, she then went on to obtain an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Mohawk College where she found a passion for massage therapy.

After successfully passing her provincial exams to become a Registered Massage Therapist in August 2017, she has delved deeper in the field since then, developing an interest in concussion management, headache/migraine relief, and women’s pelvic health.

Her holistic and collaborative approach to massage therapy gives her clients the experience necessary to not only treat the source of your pain, but the education and tools necessary to help manage their pain and stresses beyond the treatment room.

In between seeing clients, she utilizes her literary and rhetoric background to help bridge the gap between massage therapy and its role in the healthcare field as an evidence-based option for pain and stress management.

She does this through engaged advocacy in the community and through her Instagram platform and website, Encircled Healing.

When she is not in the treatment room, you can find Vanesa cooking up a storm with her partner and enjoying delicious eats or hanging out with Tulsi the cat!”

Generational Healing Teacher/Practitioner, and Quantum Crystalline Energy Practitioner. Additionally, I offer very insightful One-on-One Channeled sessions, Oracle Card Readings, and I teach Intuition and Channeling classes.

Originally from Quebec City, I am fully bilingual and offer my services in both English and French. My first vision came to me when I was only 6 years old.

Since then, I have developed my intuition and my connection to Spirit. Having just recently retired from being an elementary teacher of 32 years, I am ready to teach classes which are more in line with my true purpose!

I am the proud author of “How to Raise Your Children with Wisdom and Awareness”.  In this book, I share the wisdom I channeled from Spirit Guides, Archangels, and Ascended Masters who, from above, have set to motion a series of shared insights, exercises, and prayers to guide parents and/or guardians in this important role of raising children.  I am currently working on my second and third books to be published again with Balboa Press, a division of Hay House. My second book will be featured in the Hay House online catalogue as I was chosen by Balboa Press as one of their visionary authors. I can’t stop pinching myself!

Other healing projects include using Healing Grids I was downloaded with, which use crystals and a body scan to ascertain and balance energies. As well, I am in the process of creating my own deck of oracle cards, having channeled the names and meaning of the 25 card deck. Spirit is AMAZING and I am truly blessed to have been gifted so many skills which I am so happy to share on a full time basis!

I am also in the process of taking a Death Doula course which will allow me to accompany families and their loved ones as the individual transitions to the other side. Being able to hear, feel and see Spirit, I hope to offer guidance and peace of mind, heart and soul. I enjoy the opportunity to grow, learn, trust and share the Wisdom of the Spirit World!

Feel free to contact me if you want to chat and see which services best suit your current needs as I offer healing for all ages from children, teens, adults and the elderly.

Pilates is my anchor. I’m a busy mom and movement allows me to ground and tune into myself when life gets chaotic.

In 2009 I was hit by a snowboarder and the accident left me in a lot of pain and my neck and shoulders were extremely weak. While at first skeptical, I started doing Pilates twice per week, saw immediate results and my pain decreased significantly!

Health and wellness have always been a huge part of my life, but nothing other than Pilates has provided me with a way to connect to my body and build functional strength that serves me on a daily basis.

As a movement educator, I am passionate about helping people meet their goals – but mainly I want to help people work through their pain, learn to trust their bodies, and live and love life with a fluidity that keeps them in tune to what their body is telling them.

Teaching and guiding people in their movement journey is a huge responsibility and I am happiest when a client comes in and says: “I was able to get out of bed without pain today.” It makes my heart happy when people have that AHA moment where they come back home to their body and learn to move it with an ease, grace and kindness!

For 20 years I worked and managed a Third Party Logistics business. Working mainly in the fast paced, demanding corporate world of trucking throughout North America. I hit a wall in 2012. My health was declining. So was my husband’s. I had 4 young adults living at home and took care of my mom plus running a logistics business with 15 employees. My husband commuted to Toronto daily, so that left me “doing” for everyone else. I knew I needed to get off the hamster wheel but I had no idea how.

I threw the energies of that out to the universe and stayed open to the guidance of how.

In 2013 I quit my general manager position and downsized to servicing my clients only and working from home. My husband retired early and we downsized our life in Canada and built a home in Panama. I worked remotely from Panama for 10 months of the year and 2 months in Canada and the US.

Panama helped me to learn how to heal. To understand I don’t have to live in fight or flight. To just Be. It was a most spectacular experience living and growing and transforming in that space.

At the end of 2019 I was really feeling change coming. I thought it was on a personal level but as March 2020 hit, I realized it was the whole world changing. Although I absolutely loved Panama, I got the inner call to return to Canada. In the end it’s where my light was needed.

We transitioned back to Ontario in 2021. I sold my logistics business and was living and unfolding into a new version of me.

Coaching online and helping people with meditation, mindset, and supporting their transformation through the ick and the stick.

In January 2022 my friend gifted me a Sound Healing. My experience was incredible. I can only describe it as a remembering. Working with sound, vibration and frequency as a way to help people heal. I’ve done this before (another lifetime). I purchased some instruments and started to intuitively play.

As the world started to open up again I started in person sessions with family and friends. Balancing and clearing the energy body, and chakras. What I realized is I’m still helping people move through the ick and the stick but without having to feel it or experience it.

I’m offering a service to support people on their journey in this life. To help them move through the frequencies of old emotions or traumas that can get stuck in our energy field. And to offer guidance to living a life they don’t need a vacation from!

We have the key to wellness within each of us…guiding people to tap into that magic and stay in the flow of the energy of their life is a joy!

In 2019, Emily completed a practicum placement with Modo Yoga Brantford while obtaining her Masters degree in Social Justice and Community Engagement. In this placement, she helped to develop and teach a meditation and mindfulness curriculum for individuals in the community living with mental health and addiction challenges.

She combines deep stretches, gentle yoga flows, and active postures to create a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga experience for her students. Emily often incorporates meditation and mindful movement into her classes to encourage her students to experience deeper moments of connection in the present moment. Certified Yoga Instructor RYT 200, Reiki Practitioner

Hi, I’m Jenn, and I’m a newly Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200).

I travelled in April (2023) to Greece where I studied under Angelos Ananda of the Angelos Ananda Institute Athens at Levinthos, in Lentas, Crete. The daily training included: Jala Neti, Breathwork, Meditation, Vinyasa, Alignment, Practice Teaching, Philosophy and Hatha. My favourite part of the day was Savasana and breakfast!

Angelos is 600 RYT certified, trained in India and travels worldwide teaching Vinyasa Ashtanga, Sivananda, Hatha Flow, Meditation, Qigong and Dance. It was an intense and amazing experience that I will cherish forever!

My yoga journey is proof that with patience, dedication, self-love, forgiveness, and focus you can transform yourself inside and out!

Yoga is for EVERYBODY! Every BODY can enjoy the benefits of yoga. Your yoga practice is your own and can be adapted to meet your needs. There is no competition in yoga, you are your own competition – try to be better every day. As I am evolving, I am acutely aware of the positive balance and introspective opportunities that yoga has brought to my life.

A good teacher is a good student. I teach what I know and what lights a spark in my soul. I love to incorporate energy healing, healing frequencies, reflexology, face yoga and self-love into my practice. I am currently a Reflexology student and a Level I Reiki Practitioner.

My approach to yoga is focused on overall wellness and it is adaptable to all levels of ability. Blending a gentle flow of asanas with breathing techniques and meditation enhances the connection between the body, soul, and mind. Strength, flexibility, diet, relaxation, and balance are key components of yoga. If you feel good on the inside you will shine on the outside!

The simplest positive tweaks in our perspective have the potential to be life altering. Our breath is our healing tool. If you can control the breath, you can control the body and mind. My goal is to help raise the positive vibrational energy of the world by helping people heal and find inner joy. I am very excited to begin this new chapter in my life with you!

I have always been in the people business and a little over 10 years ago, I became attracted to exploring Reiki.   Intuition led to my connection with Marilyn Mayberry, who is a gifted yoga instructor and Reiki Master. You would think I then moved quickly into helping as many people as possible, but what actually transpired was a slow awakening of my connection to REIKI.  I gained experience with the power of Reiki as I helped my family members and friends.

By 2019, my yearning to respect and grow my spiritual side intensified.  I completed my certification with Reiki level 2 and Master Teacher level as well.

My Reiki practice and knowledge grew and then COVID 19 happened.  While a pandemic may sound discouraging, this was a time of awakening and my appetite to learn had increased exponentially.

Then I met Lana Zilinski of the “Hawk and I“ and had a reading by Lana  (which was a kick in the pants to get going) and then Lana became a very much valued mentor and teacher to me.  I completed all four levels of mediumship, which has opened a new world for me to help people heal, grow and move forward in life.

Who I am and what I do is a result of meeting and experiencing the work, teaching and influence of these amazing women and many others in my life who encouraged me to continue on my path to help others.

Hi, my name is Christopher Kim (or CK for short). My core mission is a simple reminder that YOU are the greatest source for healing.

My Breathwork journey began in 2020, while I was searching for ways to find greater meaning. After studying different Breathwork techniques, I found my way to Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) and it transformed my life in just one session. I immediately felt the calling to become a facilitator and bring this transformative experience to as many people as I could.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful and safe way to reach a deep connection to our body and our minds. It floods the body with oxygen and energy, with both physical and emotional benefits. I place a high importance on creating a safe space filled with vulnerability and compassion so each individual can feel supported through their experience.

The Universe needs healthy masculine energy, and my goal as a Breathwork facilitator is to provide a safe, loving environment to experience this.

I can’t wait to meet you all!
Peace and Love,
CK

I am an Intuitive Artist. My interest and flare for art started at a young age. During high school, I thrived in the arts: graduating with honours, awards, and an art scholarship for continuing education in art.

I pursued by interest and graduated from the University of Waterloo with Honours, majoring in Fine Art. My life as a mom and career woman overtook my artistic endeavours after university.

Later, however, after a dark period in my life…
I couldn’t help but dig deeper and return to my roots. I was raised with strong spiritual beliefs which is the backbone of my work.

I began drawing as a means of letting go. Not worried about the outcome and not drawing anything in particular. I was creating, simply for the reason of not thinking and shutting my brain off. Unknowingly, I started creating intuitively from my heart. No longer feeling compelled to make images that were geared toward pleasing someone else. I was releasing what was in my soul— it was very healing!
I found that animals, people, faces, angelic beings, and many symbolic images would appear, all evoking a message, a feeling, and an emotion.

I have retired from my full time political career to produce art that provides healing as we journey through life.
