BODY BY BREATH (myofascial release) This series will give you tools to use on those days when you feel stiff, your body needs some TLC or you want to help your body relieve tension. We will be incorporating strength and mobility into the series, as well as proper breathing mechanics to help with stress.
** For this series, you will also need a set of yoga tune-up balls and a Coregeous ball to use in the classes. Both can be purchased from Lavender Lane when you sign up for the course. These are yours to keep.
