This workshop offers proven techniques backed by neuroscience to help you clear subconscious emotional eating blocks and create a healthy relationship with food.
Common emotional eating blocks are often related to self-worth, fear of being seen, fear of not being seen, fear of failure, feeling empty and self-sabotage, to name a few.
Emotional eating triggers feelings such as shame, causing you to feel defeated and as though there is something wrong with you.
In our 60-minute workshop, you will learn about subconscious weight loss blockers. You will also discover why you crave the food you crave and be shown how to use Emotional Freedom Technique to eliminate that food craving.
