Iron Yoga

We balance strengthening of the physical body using light weights (EFFORT), with strengthening of our emotional and mental bodies through pranayama ( conscious breath) and stillness (EASE).

  • Benefits of yoga using weights:
    Improve the health and longevity of your bones.
    Strengthen and improve the efficiency of the heart.
    Increase core strength and joint stability. ​

Note: you can do this class without weights, creating your own resistance to build strength

Cost: $80 for all classes or $25/ class drop-in
WHAT TO BRING: set of weights between 2 and 4 lbs, towel or blanket, yoga mat
