Join Ariane for a Low & Slow Yoga class, designed to gently guide you toward relaxation and inner peace. Each session will follow a unique theme, providing students with the opportunity to connect with various parts of themselves and explore their inner landscape. Music, changing, meditation, singing bowls, and props may be used during the class to enhance relaxation and deepen connection of the body and mind.

This class will beautifully blend various yoga styles, including gentle flow, restorative, and yin, with meditation allowing you to reset your nervous system and cultivate a sense of calm amidst the busyness of life. As you move through carefully curated poses, you’ll be encouraged to breathe deeply and fully, creating space for both physical release and mental clarity. Each posture will be held for longer durations, inviting you to explore your body’s sensations and deepen your connection to the present moment.

Students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Other props like blocks, bolsters, and straps will be provided in case extra support or adaptation are required.
