Pilates and ELDOA class

During this 50 minute class, we will focus on strength, stability, posture, proper control, and flexibility, keeping in mind the Pilates principles. Then, in order to finish the class off feeling your absolute best, we will do ELDOA for the spine.

ELDOA are postural exercises, with the primary goal being to increase the space within a chosen articulation. As the ELDOA “creates” space, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs, a reduction of pain, spinal disc rehydration, better muscle tone, improved posture, and a sense of well-being and awareness

Class runs for 8 weeks and is at 10 am on Wednesdays

$200 plus HST for 8 weeks
