Time Line Therapy™ (TLT) – is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, PhD in the 1980s. It was developed by applying a therapeutic process to the concept that we store our memories in a linear manner in an internal memory storage system, in which there is a sequence of significant emotional events that are linked together.
Your “Time Line” is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past, and a projection of the future. Behavioral change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level. People don’t change consciously. The Time Line Therapy® techniques allow you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.
Hypnotherapy – uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. The person’s attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around the person is temporarily blocked out or ignored.
Hypnotherapy can be used to treat anxiety, phobias, substance abuse, smoking cessation, sexual dysfunction, undesirable spontaneous behaviours, and bad habits.
Breakthroughs – 6 Week Program – An NLP Breakthrough is a 6-week personal or professional Coaching program, designed to meet your specific needs and create the momentum needed to expedite your goals.
These highly client-centred, unique, personal development sessions work on whatever personal or professional changes you want to make. In the first stages, you will do an intake form with your coach where you are asked many questions to uncover and illuminate pertinent issues that are hidden within the presenting problem; some of which may not have been apparent to you!
Once the prime causes of any self-limiting beliefs, feelings of being in a lull or rut, or not being the person you want to be are identified, then we work on eliminating them using NLP techniques. Discovering your strategies relating to your thoughts, language, and patterns of behaviour learned through experiences to specific outcomes.
