Join us for an evening combining the healing benefits of yoga and sound. Yoga is a beautiful way to create balance in the body. Helping us to turn our awareness inward, learning to feel the energy shifts as we stretch and flex the body and release the dense frequencies or energies we can sometimes hold within. When we combine these gentle movements while receiving the sounds and frequency of gongs, drums, bowls, bells, it helps to amplify and elevate our ability to shift or move these lower vibrations or frequencies. Overall balancing our energy, supporting the immune system, improving circulation, relieving tension & stress. Creating space within the body so it can ‘be’ in balance with the frequency of the earth. It’s from this frequency of BE-ing that allows the body, mind and spirit to heal.

Giving ourselves time to rest enough can seem like a foreign concept. But what if we challenge this and discover various ways we can rest in order to show up in the now of the present for our filled out schedules and life events?

Join Vanesa as she guides you through a 75-minute practice that is aimed at exploring restorative yoga poses that may help recalibrate your nervous system and decrease stress through mindful movement and breathwork.Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that can be helpful in stress reduction and building mindfulness. Poses are supported with props and are held for longer periods, which creates space for your nervous system to experience intentional rest.

Register early as spots are limited to 6 participants

Items needed: 2-3 blankets, yoga mat, water bottle
