Reflexology is a form of deep massage that focuses on particular pressure points areas of the body. It is based on the principle that reflexes (points and areas) on the hands, ears, head, feet and lower leg correspond to internal organs and other physical structures.
Our Reflexologist, Judy Johnston, stimulates specific points according to a “micro map of the body” to access the organs, muscles, bones, nerves, lymph nodes and glands of the body.
Reflexology treats the whole person by bringing harmony to their physical, mental and emotional aspects. It considers the whole person rather than just focusing on illness. It encourages equilibrium and prepares the body for healing.
