About Laura

My Journey

Before this work, I was that professional.

A corporate manager in high-pressure risk and compliance roles. Highly capable. Deeply committed. Constantly “on.” From the outside, everything looked successful. On the inside, my nervous system was in overdrive.

By late 2021, the pace and pressure had caught up with me. I was overworked, emotionally overwhelmed, and quietly navigating anxiety and panic attacks, sometimes right before meetings. I began to seriously contemplate taking a medical leave, knowing that something had to give. Powering through was no longer an option, and conventional stress-management tools weren’t touching the root of what was happening.

That moment became a turning point.

Instead of pushing harder, I turned inward and fully committed to a meditation and nervous-system-based practice. What began as a lifeline became a profound transformation. Through daily meditation, breathwork, and neuroscience-informed tools, I learned how to regulate my nervous system, quiet the constant mental noise, and rebuild a sense of safety and clarity from within.

Over time, I didn’t just feel better, I functioned differently. I moved from surviving to truly living.

As my inner world stabilized, my outer life shifted too: renewed confidence, deeper relationships, unexpected financial growth, a promotion to director, and a sense of joy and presence I hadn’t felt in years.

My Transformation

What followed was a deep journey of self-inquiry, healing, and transformation. Through the power of meditation, neuroscience, and embodiment practices, I began to reconnect with myself in ways I never thought possible. These weren’t just therapeutic tools, they were lifelines. They helped me regulate my nervous system, release limiting beliefs, and rediscover clarity, peace, and meaning.

What began as a personal practice evolved into a profound awakening. I immersed myself in Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work, attended multiple advanced meditation retreats, and participated in global medical research studies at the retreats, exploring the intersection of science, meditation, and healing.
